How can I make a return?
You can select the product(s) you want to return (my account>my orders>create a return request) and share the agreement code with any cargo company listed below and have it shipped with a counter-payment. Your refunds for purchases made by debit/credit card will be made to the card you used for shopping within 14 business days, and orders paid at the door will be made to your account where you shared the Iban information.
Can I make a change?
If you have any problems from the moment you receive the products in the cargo (not fitting, not liking the product, etc.), you can return or exchange your product(s) by selecting (my account>my orders>my money points) and sending it to us within 14 days at the latest.
When will I be refunded for the product I returned/cancelled?
The return period is 14 days from the date you receive it. You can have it shipped free of charge by selecting the product(s) you want to return (my account>my orders>create a return request) and sharing the agreement code with the specified cargo company. Packages sent for exchange/return other than the cargo company we have an agreement with will not be accepted. After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked by our company. If the return conditions are met, your refund will be made within 14 days. The reflection time for the refunded amount for your purchases with your credit card depends on your bank. The refunded amount for your cash-on-delivery purchases is reflected in your IBAN account on the same day. Once your exchange or return is completed, an information message will be sent to your membership e-mail.
Under what conditions can I return the products in my order?
If the products arrive as follows during our inspection, they will be sent back to you by our company. In this case, no refund will be made. The product(s) must be unused. The labels of the product(s) must be on the product and must be undamaged. The product(s) must not be washed, worn or faded.
